My subscription isn't working?

If you are experiencing problems with your subscription, please follow these steps!


The most common reason that user's subscriptions do not work is because they completed the payment using one email address, and logged into the app using a different email address. Please check the email that your receipt was sent to, and then check the email that you used to login to the app!


If this is not the issue, then you may benefit from the following steps:

  1. Restart your device: Sometimes, a simple restart can resolve temporary glitches. Please restart your device and try opening the app again.

  2. Update the app: Make sure you have the latest version of the app installed. Check the app store for any available updates and install them if necessary. Sometimes, app updates address bugs and improve stability.

  3. Clear app cache: If the issue persists, clearing the app's cache may help. Go to your device settings, find the app in the application manager or storage settings, and clear its cache. Then, try opening the app again.


Please do not uninstall the app, as this will result in data loss.
