Subscriptions via the App Store


You’ll need to cancel through your Apple ID. As Apple manages your payment and subscription, we don't have an option to cancel this for you. But you can do it in a few easy steps here.


If you’re seeking a refund for an Apple subscription, request it directly here.




Subscriptions via Google Play Store


  1. Open the Play Store on your device.

  2. Go to your Profile > Payments & Subscriptions > Subscriptions.

  3. Select the app and tap Cancel Subscription.


For newer Android devices:

  1. Open Settings > Google > Manage Google Account.

  2. Tap Payments & Subscriptions > Manage Subscriptions.

  3. Cancel the subscription from there.
